Technological Innovation Efficiency of Listed Carbon Capture Companies in China: Based on the Dual Dimensions of Legal Policy and Technology

To achieve carbon neutrality and improve emission reduction efficiency, capturing dioxide from the air on a large scale promoting application innovation of capture technology (CCUS) are most important goals. This study undertakes an annual comprehensive evaluation policy technological efficiency (TIE) 10 listed companies in China using DEA model Malmquist index analysis method. The number relevant laws policies is significant, but they not well coordinated. static results indicate that complete factor production rate low, generally lower than 0.9, technical weak, mainly because backwardness. dynamic changes total productivity (TFP) each year primarily affected by progress. suggests domestic enterprises still exploring (TI) operational business models. Finally, this proposes measures to TIE China, including giving full play role government, expanding effective investment, improving innovational ability.
